Will you support additional Social Login providers?
Our current intent is to support the following list of social login providers:
Google
Discord
Twitch
TikTok
If you wish to request additional support for providers please use the contact form. We will review requests periodically to see which of the social providers are must used and requested.
Do you have a Discord Server?
We have a Discord community for creators and users. Click the icon below to gain access.
How to add or edit a creator profile picture?
Navigate to your creator portfolio, select the settings options, and then select branding. You can upload a store icon in that location.
How do I view my previously purchased content?
From the My Account page, select downloads. Here you will see all of the content you are able to download.
How to change my password?
From the My Account page, click on account details. From the account details page you can opt to change your password. You do not need to manage a password if you are using any of the social logins.
Do you issue refunds?
No refunds are issued for any products since they are all digital.
How do I sell my content?
Sign up for an account and request to be a creator. Once your account is approved you will be able to publish and sell your content through RPG Dawn. We have a simple creator portfolio with an easy to manage interface.
Publishing
How do I make my content more searchable?
When creating or editing a product, populating as many relevant tags as possible will make your creations more searchable.
What formats are supported for publishing?
We have no limit on support for standard file types, but your products should be in a format that cannot be edited or changed.

Which Charities do you support?
We have no direct affiliation with any specific charities but have a couple of personal favorites. Please reach out for additional information.
Payments
What are the costs to sell my content?
We charge a flat rate of 10% for our marketplace.
Additional seller fees are applied to transactions by payment processors, and the maximum you could possibly be charged is listed below:
PayPal Sales: 2.9% + $0.30
Credit or Debit Card: Base fee 2.9% + $0.30
International payment method fee 1.5%
Foreign exchange fee 1%
Total per transaction 5.4% + $0.30
Once we disburse your money there is an additional 2.9% + $0.30 for PayPal, alternatively there are no fees to deposit directly to your bank or using Zelle as a transfer mechanism.
We will absorb as many of these costs as we can, within reason, to minimize the impact to the creators.

All of these prices are based on a single item, single creator sale. Community members have the ability to purchase from multiple creators at the same time. The Payment Provider flat rate will then be distributed as a percentage charge across all creators within that transaction. All billing will be transparent and can be requested at any time.
